My wife and I put a plan together back in Nov. 2010, after a decision to move and finding a location where we would spend our retirement years with like minded people. TV was the perfect location!
We sold our home in 1 day after showing it to 3 couples, all submitted offers meeting our asking price! We were thrilled and it opened the door to our making TV our new residence.
