I can't speak to the bungalow yard layouts but we have a corner lot CYV with a pool and spa under a birdcage facing the golf front. We were only regulated by the "setback" limits which presented no problem. The corner side yard is a secluded garden with a large pergola in the center and a walkway to the pool. I don't think sheds are allowed, especially in the newer areas, nor can you widen the gate entrances enough to get golf carts through.
