Default Yes Magnolia

I went to Magnolia. I had a crown and it was done well. I had a second, also done well, and they asked how much I paid for the first. I told them $399.00 as advertized. They told me that I had to pay $399.00 times 3 upfront in order to get the discounted fee. I refused to pay more than the advertized $399.00 and she said that I need to return for a 3rd crown. Since the dentist was very rough and since the syringe she was using to apply the etching acid exploded in my mouth burning my inner mouth and lips, I did not return to get the third crown. At the second visit I mentioned I had not returned sooner because I was waiting for the burns to heal and she said that it had not been charted so it did not happen. Knowing the old hospital adage, "if it hasn't been charted...it never happened," I responded, "how convenient." She swears if it happened she would have charted it. I guess she meant I was lying or crazy. We parted ways after that remark. The next dentist I saw asked me where I got the scars on my right buccal mucosa. I told her the story and she said it was consistent with my scars. You decide, but if you go, ask for a male dentist. Just my humble opinion.
