Welcome to TOTV! The only communities outside TV that are associated with TV are family-friendly, not 55+ communities. They were built to accommodate the families of employees of TV. These include Bison Valley, Oak Meadows and Spring Arbor. Residents in these communities do not pay a TV amenities fee and do not have access to TV amenities.

Please be advised that Parkwood is NOT associated with TV.

While there are other 55+ communities in the area, none are associated with The Villages. Each of these 55+ communities, including TV, have clearly defined boundaries.

If you are working with a Realtor, you can let him/her know your preferences and he/she can advise you of any restrictions, community fees if any, etc.
