I built a Bridgeport last year. We did extend the garage and front bedroom two feet. That's all we were allowed to do with the builder. My master bedroom has the bay windows, and I have two dressers, king bed one night stand and oner corner china cabinet ( no other place for it in house). I also have a chair a table over near the windows. We also extended the lania by four feet during build time. That's all they would allow on that. We have since put a birdcage on the lania.
