While others respond in a reasonable manner we are stuck with the thread titled "Glenview Country Club - worst service ever" even if the customer is subsequently satisfied by the restaurant. I think the administrator should change outrageous headlines such as these. JMHO. Allan.

As mentioned previously, we will not be permanent residents until next week. That being said, we have eaten hundreds of meals at restaurants in TV. 99% of them have been good to excellent. On this one occasion, the service was the worst my wife had
ever experienced. Not only was the food very slow coming out, but no one was willing to take responsibility for the poor service (and that is what ticked my wife and mother-in-law off). Unfortunately we seem to have become a society where no one wants to take personal responsibility anymore. Since when does someone have to die to experience "the worst service ever?"
As for having admins changing "outrageous" headlines, you calling it outrageous is simply your opinion (to which you are certainly entitled). My wife simply stated her opinion (to which she is entitled) for the headline, an opinion which she deems accurate. I am not comfortable having admins arbitrarily decide which headlines are "outrageous" and which are heartfelt and accurate. As a public forum, readers have the option to comment whether they feel the headline and the post are outrageous. Let's give the readers of TOTV the ability to make their own opinions without having an admin make the decision for us.
