I think that it's worth noting that Glenview has been taken to task for bad service, bad attitude, marginal food several times on this board. A search should come up with at least one other thread started with an equally upset entry.
Yes, every restaurant has its bad days/nights. That does not, however, excuse rude and insensitive replies by "management."
