Yes, every restaurant has its bad days/nights. That does not, however, excuse rude and insensitive replies by "management."

I believe that every post on this thread was an honest one and each person was sincere. We all have valid reasons for our comments and I know each and every poster, especially Bonny, to be reasonable and well stated.
I think long after we have an emotional reaction to what someone typed, we may pause and think...of just what they said and we will know more about this place we call home.
I really love this forum and I always love what you say swrinfla.
