I know that the Premier Home Series Master Bath space is big enough for a lot of add ons, but we do not want to spend so much on a home in TV ..... fixed income, lousy stock market returns, desire to spend all of our money on golf and vacations, etc....
Having gone thru the process recently of choosing everything from roof to cabinet knobs, I built the Iris and did have the option of a bathtub in the master bath. I elected not to have it......love the Roman shower...no need for shower door.

The second bathroom came with bathtub which I wasn't all that thrilled about....but a friend thought it would be a good idea (aging process....not getting any younger, etc.). The bottom line, when I asked the Designer about the price, the bathtub would not be an upgrade....and any other would be. This gal of German heritage didn't hesitate for one second to take the tub!
