All of Nature's signs point to an early winter Robins left early, squirrels storing nuts early etc. Gonna have to check the almanac.....whoa... wait... NO more winters for us as WE becone FROGS in 3 weeks

Hedoman posted what I think to be an acurate statement. I believe the in the younger neighborhoods, (Penecamp, Buttonwood etc) the percentage of snowbirds is more but as we get older people tend to choose one place to live. On my court consisiting of 7 houses, 3 or snowbirds. I'm sure, some or all of those birds will become frogs within 4-5 years.
