Default washer/dryer recommendations
I did have a stacked Frigidaire washer and dryer in my previous homes. If space is a problem for you, the stacked units are very nice. Currently I do not have my appliances stacked because I did not have a choice, but I wish I did.

Also, you may have to check to see if it is possible to stack them in your new home because there may be a problem with the location of the dryer vent. We had this situation when we were having our home built here in TV about 10 years ago. I don't know today what has to be done. Just trying to give you a 'heads-up' to inquire about this.
