It seems to me the agenda for Talk of the Villages political posts goes a little over the edge quite often, and this was a good example. Every President
who has addressed the Black Caucus has spoken to similar subjects...it is a bridge to cross and partly a reason for the gala in Washington. We should be thankful we have a Congressional Black Caucus...and an Hispanic Caucus.
Without them many would be disenfranchised. Many still are. If John Kennedy was alive, or Franklin Roosevelt, what do you think they would be saying...or Ronald Reagan for that matter. Google Black Caucus addresses and you will see similar remarks. I feel that this was a grab for attention and a totally inapprpopriate post. However, that is my opinion.
