So, basically, you are saying that Herman Cain does not know squat about foreign affairs but will be fine if he appoints "foreign affairs czars"? Those "czars" do not have to have Congressional approval, of course. Sounds like what is good for President Obama is also good for Candidate Cain, doesn't it?

By the way, Herman Cain does not have a chance of being the Republican presidential candidate - even though he is an excellent business man.
