I can mow the remaining grass(backyard and 1/2 of front yard have no grass) in 10 minutes but I cannot get the neat look without a trimmer!! There seem to be a lot of horror stories about string trimmer usage both about usage of string, changing the string and starting. Has anyone purchased one in the last 6 months or year that they have been happy with.
Thanks in advance for the help
I have a Black and Decker and very happy with it for small jobs. It will do around the house and cottage just fine using 2 batteries. Changing line is easy with the spools from Wal-Mart. It won't do big jobs like ditches or fence lines with thick weeds.
