Sorry Dillywho... My earlier post sounded very argumentative. That wasn't my intent. But I thought there might be a study or something to support the speed limit. I understand the legal issue, but I think 19mph was pulled out of thin air. If my cart is safe going 19, I believe it's just as safe going 23 to 25. But, that's just my opinion and don't necessarily think it's safe to drive 25 everywhere. Sometimes, 19 isn't too safe.
No matter the limit, I'm just glad we're able to drive them the way [and where] we do.
