I have been passed by golf carts, but have never been bothered by it. My suggestion is, don't let the other guy dictate how you drive. Drive safely and enjoy the ride and scenery.
Some people say to smile at road-ragers who yell at you. Others suggest giving the evil eye or finger. I do neither. I ignore them as if they were inconsequential, because, well... they are.
