Cain financial advisor is reevaluating and suggesting that instead of the sales tax, that Cain switch to payroll tax, which people already have and understand. I don't know if that will suffice for revenue, but it's an idea.

Chris Edward of the Cato Institute thinks it would need to be 15-15-15 with the payroll tax. That's another idea. I hope people are really thinking about all this and are not just kneejerk partisan about it.
