Tried to wash a load of clothes tonight & my (almost) new washer wouldn't start. Nada. My neighbor concluded (with tool) that the outlet wasn't working & loaned me a heavy duty extension cord so I could connect the washer to an outlet in the garage. So, now I need an electrician & I need one who won't try to gouge me for money I don't have. Any suggestions will be
