Thanks for your thoughtful reply. It doesn't sound boring to me. It sounds like you have a very smart plan. Think positive and always remember: After the "big" meal of the day, there will likely be another meal or snack in about 4 or 5 hours. I often need to remind myself of this fact so as not to eat like it's the last meal I will ever have.
