The only thing I can come up with is that is possibly a neighbor (or neighbors) garage door opener might be setting it off.
I want to be a good neighbor and don't like the noise that the alarm produces (it ruins the tranquility of the area). I am considering having the alarm disconnected, but I want to have it when I go to the shopping areas, etc. Any suggestions?

Factory or after-market equipment?
Maybe it is the extra sensitive "Sink-Hole Warning".
I vote to disconnect it and replace it with a pretend warning window sticker.
