I'm with you on this one. We were sitting outside one afternoon at McCall's Tavern eating and a lady with a dog on a leash walked by and the dog cocked his leg and peed on a post supporting the outside railing. She had to actually stop to allow the dog to pee. I was so shocked I couldn't say anything. Disgusting. It takes all kinds. I'm sure none of the responsible pet owners in TV who eat with their dogs outside in TV would ever allow this sort of thing to happen though. She must have been an outsider.
