Well said, Gracie. As far as I know, those country clubs don't reimburse, either. They didn't where we come from and the courses are not what they are here. You're also right in that you are limited to usually only having one course for those.

The country clubs here are open for anyone to play without any kind of membership. The green fees are just higher than those with memberships or Villages residency, plus you have to add the cart/trail fee cost which is minimal. Also, anyone can eat at any of the country clubs anytime, whether they play golf or not, for the same price as residents or priority members and no monthly assessment. Overall, it seems to be a great deal.
