Default Pork tradition

It's funny that a lot of you mention pork. I was in the grocery store yesterday and this man had about 8 large pork roasts in his cart. I said "someone must really like pork". I did not know that pork was tradition. Your meals sound wonderful. I'm taking the easy way out....already made Maryland style crab cakes, baked potatoes, peas and salad. Next year, when I'm a Village resident I will have to make pork roast in the slow cooker! You all are inspiring with your cooking! Have a happy New Year and save room for dessert! What is for dessert??
