Cincinnati chili is kinda like Scotch; an aquired taste. It has spices in it that are most uncommon for chili elsewhere, including CINNAMON! It is supposedly Greek in origin, although Cincinnati was predominantly settled by Germans. It doesn't make sense to me either.
I love Cincinnati chili, especially the lighter than air grated cheese on top and I love Graeter's ice cream and I love LaRosa's Pizza. I may have to go into therapy soon.
