Good evening everyone. As you can imagine, we were off running again today. I thought we were signing our contracts today but ended up reviewing 14 pages of details! They go line by line and item by item, from outlets to door knobs. Of course we made some changes yet again to our design, albeit minor it took lots of time. We also re toured 2 model homes to make sure my paint and lighting choices were what I wanted. As everyone here said, if you make any change after you sign, it's 250.00. We sign the final contract tomorrow and our closing date in May 9th.
tomorrow we will be doing some odds and ends and maybe we will have time to relax a bit! We head back to Upstate NY on Sunday. Hope these posts were helpful. It's been a blast writing them! And,
