Shuffling 2 cars and a cart gets old pretty quickly. Better yet, you'll always have to keep in mind what's behind you on the driveway when you run out to the garage in a hurry to make your next "event", jump into the vehicle, roar out in reverse and ---- oops, BANG.

In answer to your question, I think most people leave the car out and garage the cart. Carts are less weather proof, easier to steal and more open the theft of clubs and other personals.
Always back in and you will avoid this problem. You gotta back in or out, so we always back in.
