Unless you'll be traveling North on a Summer weekend, I-95 through Baltimore/Washington shouldn't be bad on a Sunday. Trust me, I know. We're trapped in a community East of 95 and Rte 1; they're the only way out and it truly sucks during the Summer. Have a safe trip.
