The stainless steel Weber Genesis is the only way to go IMHO. I Have model
LP56506 and cook everything on it that I can cook in the oven. In fact I haven't used our oven in over 1 year. I even bake cornbread, cupcakes and layer cakes on it, that's how precise the temp control is. My last Weber Genesis 1100 lasted 15 years and has moved with us from Florida to Pennsylvania and then Vermont. With a little ingenuity you should be able to adapt it to a built in summer kitchen.
