All great ideas. I have changed my mind and have now decided to bring the chandelier thanks to all the wonderful suggestions. I can just hear DH after I tell him that he is still taking down the light fixture and replacing it, after just telling him this morning that he was right about not replacing ceiling fans with a fancy chandelier and getting him out of his last project.
If we survive this move to TV as a couple, it will be a miracle!
