You are going to have cheats no matter which program you look at. Medicare and Columbia/HCA were cheating well over $200 per week (the amount the food stamp recepient was cheating) and Floridians elect their former CEO as Goobernator.

I think you misread that story. Post a link if you have. My story says the opposite.
UPDATE: I guess Buggy was right. The publicity surrounding this winner put the kibosh on her dipping into the public's purse for her milk and eggs. She was barred from further checks.
The initial story I read inferred that there was nothing illegal in what she was doing. This story seems to indicate that her not reporting "assets received" is illegal.
