Glenn, it doesn't hurt to dream and plan. My husband and I have been dreaming the dream of moving to TV for 10 years and we finally made it happen. Our daughter was 10 and we always said that when she flies the coop, we would retire in florida....She's 21 and lives in another state and we will be retiring in TV in May! So keep dreaming and planning.
