If I were to go to work in Puerto Rico, you bet your bottom dollar I'd be learning Spanish - just as if I were to go to work in Montreal, I'd be improving my skills in French.

As far as Puerto Rico goes, I just wish they'd go one way or another. Either become a state or become a fully independent country. Holding these 3-way votes where the status quo is also an option solves nothing. Have one more of those votes. If no option gets 50% then, like any runoff election, throw out the last option and trot out the ballot boxes again.

After all, PR gets their own Olympic team, among other things. My opinion is "(Spit) or get off the pot"
