If you have a LOT of changes in a short time, behaviorists say your stress level increases. Very few people can handle a cross country move, a change in marital status, a change in occupation, a change in family such as an addition of a child or grandchild in a short time. It is sometimes enough to put you over the edge.
If you think you need help, go to a counselor.

I'm not a basket case (yet). Just wondered if others felt more anxious as the move got closer. Want to make sure I'm "normal".
