Doctor's education can be $200k to $500k in the US. A lot of Florida resident are on Medicare only. Medicare does not pay enough to pay their basic expenses. Throw in the Medicad patient and it is worse. Then many of the patients are "part time". With student loans being $$$ they go where the "money is".
