Another option is to buy the tails, cut them through the shell in half length wise then melt some butter and garlic with fresh squeezed lemon and using a brush baste the meat side of the tails.
Put them shell side down on your BBQ and with low/medium heat cook for approx 5-10 minutes, covered is best, rebaste the meat, turn over meat side down and brown and get some grill marks.
Take the meat out of shell, baste again and enjoy.
