Comparison
The biggest difference between the two is, of course, the garage. If garage space is of any concern to you you will definitely want to go with the Sanddollar. For a full time resident I would think the Cabot Cove would just be too restricted for storage and definitely not doable for a couple with two cars. We have a Cabot Cove that we bought in 2007 and loved it for a part time residence and as a rental but when we were ready to move down full time we considered the Sand Dollar for a little while. I really liked the floor plan a lot with the laundry room, pantry, master closet, garage and kitchen. Then we decided we wanted a block and stucco so we went with the Begonia but the Sand Dollar is definitely my favorite cottage home!
