I find all of those percentages a little odd...I wonder what their data base was taken from. However, if the TV population is 80,000, 1% would be 800. I find it highly unlikely that there are not more then 800 Jewish folks in TV. I just took a quick look in the phone book and based on names that are traditionally Jewish..ie: Goldman,Goldstein, Kaufman, Stein etc. there are way more then 800 (I extrapolated).

As to the issue of Publix...I got my Passover stuff there a couple of weeks ago. They had matza, gefilte fish, matza meal. They everything I typically buy for Passover.
