For me Toojay's Matzah ball soup is just OK.
Now my Aunt Violet (of Hungarian descent) made a very nice soup and she would fill the matzah ball with meat. Excellent!
This reminds me of the time my dad put spoon to ball (at my Aunt's house) and it went flying out of his soup plate! (there was a failure as the matzah balls were as hard well as baseballs) I was just a kid but you would have thought WWIII broke out after the subsequent comments.
Brings back fond memories.
