IF the dog leaves a deposit that the owner doesn't pick up why not go pick it up and see where he goes home to and leave him the deposit. As I stated in an earlier post my front yard up north was my neighbors dogs private outhouse. So when it was time for the grass to be cut I grabbed my trusty garden shovel and as I found a deposit it got flung back over the property line. Took a few times but they got the message.
