Default Corner Lot

I also live on a corner lot in Springdale. Love my neighbors they are the greatest. However a couple of years ago a house behind us was sold to new owner. They have a small very sweet dog that gets walked everyday. Let me also clarify I have 2 small dogs my husband and I love dearly. However our dogs only do their duty in our yard! Unfortunately our neighbor chooses to walk his dog on others lawns! Yes he pics up the poop but that dies not mean some residue is left not to mention what his dogs pee may do to anothers yard. We have stared and that did nothing. We really want to get along with ALL our neighbors but this has created a lot of animosity. Why don't people realize this isn't common area that their dog is pooping and urinating on a private lawn ? Thanks to Marion county we cannot put up one of those cute little signs that shows no doggie business on our lawn....(a little tidbit we were not told of when we bought). How do you nicely let someone who is obviously oblivious to others property that you would like them to not walk their dog on our lawn. Any ideas people? Still love TV and 99% of my neighbors
