Yup...I’m afraid you are. And I'm so sorry, because it's not right, but unfortunately, corner lots are the prime peeing areas. I'm a dog owner and I never, ever let my dogs walk on other people's property...but so many people do. Just please realize that for every inconsiderate @$#%%# dog owner out there...there are many, many more dog owners who are responsible and care about their neighbors.
