Amen to that. Our entire choice of homes was based on our two dogs and their needs without infringing on others. We have since put in two doggy doors, extended the lanai and pretty much made it very comfortable and safe for our dogs. They go out on the lanai each morning to catch the sun and then come in before it gets too hot. My female likes it cold so she will stay in most of the day and then sleep on the lanai at night. She also enjoys Gecko hunting but has yet to catch one. I have not sat on the lanai in a year but am glad that the dogs are enjoying it.
