Are there rules regarding barking dogs? What recourse does someone in TV have if a neighbor leaves a barking dog out on a screened lanai? Dog lovers please be kind and not shoot the messenger. The rest of us have rights too.
I am not new here and you have every right to post this. Do not feel you have to justify your post due to all the "get the pop corn out again", "lol, lol", "why post this? just search it" etc etc remarks.
I too have a corner lot and a dog. He goes in MY yard ONLY. I too watch totally inconsiderate (cause they are not ignorant) residents allowing their dogs on twenty foot leases urinate and poop on everyone else's lawn but not their own (yes we see them come down their driveway walk up three houses to corner lot then right back hm, down comes the garage door). And I don't believe I should have to make up a story to inform the dog owners that guess what this is my property. I like the idea of the posse on many other subjects, I wish the posse wd side with the distessed property owners on this one.

So here is my question, Please there MUST be ONE you dog owners described above on TOTV reading this subject and all the other times it has been raised. Please, please just one of you specifically JUSTIFY why you take your dogs to deficate on your neighbors property.
