Somewhere along the line, I know that I have posted how a thread like this one amuses me!
Many, many years ago (mid 1960s) I served on the board of the homeowners association on a private street in St. Louis, Missouri. At every annual business meeting just about the only subject matter was "The d*** dogs!"
Several years later (late 1990s) I again served on that same board. At every annual business meeting just about the only subject was "The d*** dogs!"
And, here I am in The Villages, where I read almost daily about "The d*** dogs!"
Seems to me that it's another of those perenniel problems [like the Mid-East] that will never be solved until all dog-owners pick up after their pooch!
