The choice in this election, at least on the economy, is really pretty simple. And James Carville is still correct about the economy. The Dems want to move the US towards European style socialism. The GOP supports free market economics. Now noting is wrong with supporting either vision.

I am hoping to see a rational discussion of the issues. I think the GOP should leave the “birther” issue alone. The Dems should back away from the class warfare rhetoric. Hey, a guy can dream, right?
If you can find a Democratic or left leaning person on this forum that will and can discuss any issues, including what you posted, drop me a PM when that begins. The Snarky comments are all I have heard EVEN WHEN I have started threads to compliment the current administration.
