Folks, I believe DDoug topic was concerning people's interpretation of the consitution as it relates to illegal immigration. The latest information from NBC was that illegal immigration is way down because Mexico's economy is far outpacing that of the USA and so Mexicans are returning home for good paying jobs...and in fact Mexico has closed its borders to Americans because Americans are following Mexicans across the border for better paying jobs.....just saying
