Every State gets tornadoes!!!! even the ones you don't think would do...there is no way to advoid them
When we had ours here in TV, I went throught my neighbors home to view the damages...it appears that the only place that was left standing was the island in the kitchens...the under side where the counter sticks out looked like a safe place to sit under...all the closets were torn apart, so was the bathrooms & hallways!! Just wanted to share my findings....there was six homes on my street that were hit & torn right down to the slab, like I said, the only thing standing was the kitchen islands!
