We use to care for some ferrel kitties in our neighborhood. Occasionally we would contact the food companies directly; Hills, Purina, etc... they would send us FREE coupons for dry and sometimes wet food. Please don't forget that there are many resources out there allowing ones to keep their pets with them. Also, most SPCA's will offer reduced rates and sometimes FREE vet checks as well. Please don't give up!
