While there is one more test they are running for temporal arteritest (results later today), since the stupid ER did not run the right blood test, he is very sure it is 6th Nerve Palsy. The upshot is it should heal by itself and in the meantime I have an appointment tomorrow with another of their specialists to get prisms put on my glasses so i can finally see what TV looks like.

I was at least one of those who recommended Dr. ElMallah to you. My wife had a later followup appointment with him today, and as she told me that her appointment was delayed, I have to presume from what you've said that it's all your fault!
Of course I'm just kidding with you, but she actually was delayed on an appointment with him as stated. Anyway, I'm happy to hear things are working out for you with him and I hope that will continue until the problem is fully resolved!
Correction: It was actually NotGolfer that mentioned Dr. ElMallah, not me! I just supported that location and didn't actually name the Dr.
