We had it pretty bad the first couple months..new construction. I was taking allegra steady because of it. I think its it the air ducts. The more we've dusted, its gotten better. Mom's an obsessive cleaner so think thats helped. The carpet was full of sand though
Finally drug out the steamvac to clean it and haven't been vaccuuming it up anymore. All new builds do have construction dust, some are worse than others. I know in NC it was bad too with our last house. It does get better though.
However everyday I go outside to sit at our table i have to wipe it down because there is a layer of dirt
